Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any services provided by Arvion Logistics LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Arvion Logistics LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is a freight dispatching company operating in the United States. Our services are provided to owner-operators and motor carriers. For inquiries, contact us at office@arvionlogisticsllc.com.
Arvion Logistics LLC provides freight dispatching services, which include but are not limited to:
We act as a dispatcher and agent on behalf of the carrier. We are not a freight broker, motor carrier, or transportation intermediary as defined by federal law.
Arvion Logistics LLC acts solely as a dispatch agent. All transportation agreements are between the carrier and the broker or shipper. We do not assume liability for cargo, freight claims, accidents, or delays. The carrier retains full responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation laws and regulations.
Dispatch service fees are agreed upon in a separate dispatch agreement signed by both parties prior to the commencement of services. Fees are typically charged as a percentage of the gross load revenue or as a flat weekly/monthly rate. Payment terms are outlined in the individual dispatch agreement.

Arvion Logistics LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to cargo loss or damage, load cancellations, or disputes between carriers and brokers. Our total liability shall not exceed the dispatch fees paid in the month in which the claim arose.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, broker contacts, or rate structures shared during the course of the dispatching relationship. This obligation survives the termination of services.
Either party may terminate the dispatching relationship with written notice as outlined in the signed dispatch agreement. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to the termination date.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Arvion Logistics LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
